That's actually Homesick's blurb as a placeholder. I'm betting NYE@C's blurb will be shorter, and yes, I will wrap it around the clock.

In a place outside of time, the magic keeping a ghost town alive is beginning to alter. Bringing two newcomers in has caused a welcome renewal of life here. But every action has a reaction, and the consequences are far beyond what Conconully's accidental magician ever expected.

For some reason the "renewal of life here" niggles at me -- particularly the "here" -- but I can't think of anything better, and it seems overall reasonable!
