An IE10 issue
Feb. 23rd, 2014 10:53 pmPlease do not read any further if all you're going to do is tell me to use another browser.
Please help me figure out how to fix this.
Ever since the last updates for Windows 8 (which I have no problems with otherwise, so please let's not get sidetracked into oh, god, Windows 8, yuck) the other day, every single website I go to IE 10 does this little pop-up thing at the bottom telling me the website has security errors. Even my own damned website.
How do I get it to quit doing this? The Microsoft forums are way less than useful.
Thanks in advance because someone will help me, right?

Date: 2014-02-24 08:31 pm (UTC)But I googled for solutions myself, and no, it's not the date/time thing, and no, going into advanced internet options and doing a restore and reset didn't help, either. If you can find the solution by googling for it, you're a better man than I am, Gunga Din (admittedly, that wouldn't be hard [wry g]).

I'm curious now though; I'll have to boot that laptop into Win 7 and see if I can repro the problem.
