I need a recipe, darnit
Jun. 24th, 2008 07:19 pmNot a particular recipe, just one that's new to me. I want to bake something sweet, but I don't want any of the usual suspects. I also don't want any coconut or raisins [g]. I've been through all of my meager assortment of cookbooks, and nothing strikes my fancy.
What's your favorite cure for a sweet tooth? Bonus points if it can be frozen (not necessarily if it needs to be frozen, like ice cream, but if it can be frozen, like cookies). More bonus points if the default is individual servings (like cupcakes or cookies).
I can do yeast, but would prefer baking powder or baking soda. I have a set of metric measuring cups and spoons(thanks,
jekni :)), in addition to my US set.
I have a good chocolate chip cookie recipe, and a good brownie recipe, and most of the other standards. So hit me with something wonderfully different!
