computer update

Well, I did it. Went to talk with my friendly neighborhood computer dealer this afternoon, and, once he orders a couple of the pieces and they come in, I shall be hauling my ancient and decrepit box over to his shop and he will take my hard drive out, clean it up, and put it in a new box with all new other pieces.

I'm getting everything you guys told me to ask for, at just about the price I expected, and I cannot wait to get my hands on it [g].

Oh, and I'm keeping XP. He thought I was very sensible to do so [g].

Now I can load that Electric Quilt 6 upgrade without crashing the entire system...
