All day Sunday at ER, all day yesterday at Urgent Care, and as it turns out I'm allergic to Dilaudid. On two kinds of morphine now, and Ativan, and still in a lot of pain. Don't expect to hear much from me in the near future.

At least you're not allergic to morphine, I trust. The situation is bad, but I still hope that twenty-first century medicine can deal with your cancer.

That was the slogan of a boy who gave his brain tumor the name Frank, for Frankenstein; as I recall, eventually Frank did die.
