Methinks the Bastard is having something to do with the weather in the Twin Cities this year. I just refilled my spring allergy meds prescription.

The Weather Channel (which tends to ignore the Pacific NW unless we're having a catastrophe) keeps talking about this being the "year without a winter." I keep wanting to drag them up here, where we are decidedly having a winter (first ice storm in more than 15 years, among other things) by the hair.
