a DW question
Mar. 2nd, 2012 07:40 pmWhen people do quotations from other sources in DW, the words show up in a black block with white writing. If I look at this black box long enough to read the writing, when I look away again, I get an afterimage that lasts approximately as long as it took to read the quotation. For long quotations, this is really annoying.
Is there a way to keep DW from putting quotations in white letters on a black background?
Thanks!

Date: 2012-03-03 06:50 pm (UTC)It may be your style (some styles have color backgrounds for blockquotes). What I saw of the style you're using indicates good use of color and clean lines--I like it--but I don't know which one it is.

I have finally bought HTML and CSS for Dummies so I can get a handle on this stuff. (Hmmmm. I wonder if background color is an attribute in blockquote and can be input directly...?)

Sorry, I don't mean to be shooting the messenger, but honestly!

Hope you get a solution!
