a few just-finished projects
Aug. 22nd, 2010 08:28 pmI like flowers [g]. The $2.50 discount store frames (in that size and shape! -- I just happened to see them when I was shopping for something else) aren't bad, either.
And something a bit different. When I make quilts, I cross-stitch labels for them. This one's a bit fancier than normal (I usually just use backstitch alphabets), but given the name of the quilt in question, it seemed appropriate to use a teddy bear alphabet for the capital letters. The colors in the label coordinate with the colors in the quilt, which I made several years ago and just now got around to making the label for [sigh].
