From Booking through Thursday: What items have you ever used as a bookmark? What is the most unusual item you’ve ever used or seen used?

I used to work in a library. You don't want me to enumerate the peculiar things I've seen used as bookmarks.

The worst one of all, though, was a slice of raw bacon. It was green.

Personally, I have an assortment of cross-stitched bookmarks I've made over the years, and that's what I use.
