The thing is, I'm a one disc at a time customer because I really don't have time for much more than a couple of DVDs a week. So I have been known to put things on my queue and not have them show up for months (my queue ATM is about 100 titles [g]). Well, today the movie Paper Moon showed up in my mailbox. Apparently I must have been on an "ooh, I ought to watch that again" kick a while back when I was adding to my queue.
Anyway. There's nothing quite so enjoyable in the DVD world as watching a movie you haven't seen since it was in the theater (in 1973 -- eep) and discovering that it's every bit as good as your hazy memory thinks it was. If not better. It is a charming little movie.
I'm glad I was on an "I ought to watch that again" kick a few months ago.
