mmegaera1) Again, how do you get rid of those annoying LJ "snap preview" pop-up thingys for good (or at least till your hard drive has to be reformatted)?
2) Anyone heard of something called "casc.exe"? It's got my computer guy confounded. Randomly (maybe once per session), I get a little window popping up telling me it won't run. I have no software that corresponds with it. I close the window and life goes on, but it is a bit disconcerting.
3) Without changing email programs, please (because I can't think of anything computery that I'd rather do less than try to transfer my huge archives into a new program). Is there some way to save email from Outlook Express so that it's readily accessible, but not in Outlook Express? I have a lot of saved email, and it's been gently suggested to me that perhaps I've got a bit too much, which seems to be upsetting OE. No cut-and-pasting either, please. That would take me the rest of my natural life.
