anyone in Portland, Oregon, please help?
Feb. 24th, 2008 10:41 pmA friend of mine and I are about to make our annual "stores on steroids" (Fabric Depot in the morning, Powells in the afternoon) daytrip in a couple of weeks, but we always seem to end up at chain restaurants at lunchtime.
Does anyone know of any good, inexpensive, local (as opposed to franchised) restaurants in the area between Powells (downtown on Burnside) and Fabric Depot (in east Portland on the corner of Stark and E. 122nd Ave.)? We usually take Stark to I-205 to Hwy 30 into downtown. I don't want to stray too far from that route in order to not get lost [g] -- we'd need an easy way to get back on the freeway, too.
Pretty please?
Thanks!
