two technical questions

1) Is there any way to go directly to the point in your friendslist where you stopped reading the last time? Or do you just have to scroll backwards manually page by page till you get to something you remember reading? I prefer reading from back to front, so to speak, so that things are in chronological order. Yes, I'm anal about this. Sorry [g]. A corollary -- is there any way to skip, say, directly 100 entries back in my friendslist? Or do I have to do it a page at a time?

2) Why did IE have a meltdown over Flash on my friendslist when I was trying to do said paging back? It's never done that before.

I only have a free account right now, so any resolutions that require a paid account won't do me any good. And switching from IE to another browser is just more of a headache than I need less than two weeks before xmas [wry g].
