help???

Something really stupid happened last night while I was in the shower. Somehow I managed to squirt myself in the ear with the handheld shower thingy. Some of the water came out, but there's still water in there, I can feel it, and it won't come out. I've tried the thumping on the opposite side of the head, sleeping on the doused side all night, and shaking my head.

Anybody have any suggestions? This is like getting water up your nose only much worse. I still don't know how I managed to do this to myself in the first place. I'm not generally that klutzy!
