So.  This is the first photo I took with my new camera (a Nikon Coolpix L340).  Say cheese, Theodore!

Theodore. Aka Ted, aka Teddy, age 3 1/2.

My old camera is 10 years old, so it was time and past time.  I have a lot to learn about this camera, even if it is just a point and shoot.  Also, there’s a little red light flashing at the lower left of the preview screen, and the manual doesn’t say what it is or how to get it to shut off.  But I’ll get there.

Your photos aren't showing up on my Android S-6 phone via Dreamwidth, either in desktop or mobile view. I just see the caption twice.

This is Dreamwidth's problem, since on LiveJournal they come through just fine. Theodore does not look pleased...Of course, that's often true of cats. Including my Ista, who is currently ensconced on my horizontal cheesy with her tail across my chin.

Which is really weird, because I'm cross-posting *from* Dreamwidth *to* LiveJournal, so you'd think it would be the other way round. At any rate, you mention this *every single time* I post a photo (and no one else complains [wry g]), so apparently it's just you it's like that for. If I could fix it for you I would, but it's *really* frustrating on my end that you keep telling me about it.

Teddy doesn't look any more displeased than usual...
