mmegaeraI hate passive language. In my own writing, that is. No trouble with it in my fiction, but I'm taking a class on writing sales copy for my books (back covers, Amazon descriptions, etc.), and all of a sudden it's like everything is my sister (the queen of passive-aggressive -- and believe me, my passive language is extremely aggressive [wry g]).
