Because I'm going to bed after I write this [g].

Two things make a post:

1) One, Repeating History is up on the Barnes and Noble website! (as part of being in the Smashwords premium catalog -- I assume it's up on Apple's catalog, too, and several others I can't remember offhand, but I can't find it in Sony's catalog yet) So, if you've got a Nook and are averse to buying directly from Smashwords, here's the link.

2) Is it possible to suddenly become allergic to new cats after a lifetime of living with them? I don't know if this is still the slight sinus infection I came down with after the cold I caught in Yosemite (which I thought I was over), or if the cats -- or some allergen the cats picked up in the pound like what they washed them with or something -- are doing this to me. I've still got the sort of feeling like I may have a fever even though I don't, and the lump in my throat kind of cough that feels like sinus drainage. But I don't feel like my head's full of cotton like I normally do with a sinus infection.

Is there anything short of biting the bullet and going to the doctor (which I'd feel really, really stupid about doing for something like this, to the point that I'd rather live with it, thxmch) that will allow me to tell? Yeah, I'm being stubborn again. I don't want to be told I'm allergic to the two fur people who just spent the evening sound asleep on my lap, unperturbed at me shouting at the television when my Seahawks did good tonight (20-3 over the Raiders, in their last preseason game).
