The "Richard Castle" books. Just finished the second one (I don't buy them, I get them from the library, and apparently I'm not the only person for whom they are a guilty pleasure because the hold lists are quite impressive).

I just adore them, I truly do. They're funny and wink-wink-nod-nod and full of themselves and, well... And I so need to know who the ghostwriter is!
