So perhaps I need to do something with it, esp. given that the sequel to Repeating History is currently about six metaphorical inches from Windows's recycle bin and edging ever closer.

I'm going to do NaNoWriMo for the first time. With something completely different. The idea for the story I've got in mind's been percolating in the back of my brain for awhile now. Maybe it's time to let it out. Maybe by December 1st True Gold won't look like such a pile of what Mike Rowe on Dirty Jobs so coyly calls poo anymore. And maybe this one will be worth pursuing, too.

One can only hope...
