apropos of my recent blog series...
Speaking of which, Minnesota has some lovely living history, and some really scary drivers. Also, Duluth as tourist destination???

And from
fajrdrako, who got it from the Friday Five:
1) What is your favorite mode of travel? (Car, train, plane, etc).
Automobile. But I have to be driving [g].
2) Where is the northernmost place you've traveled? The southernmost?
Northernmost: Fairbanks, Alaska.
Southernmost: According to my globe, where I was born, New Orleans, Louisiana.
3) What is the last place you visited for the first time?
Oh, dear. It's been a while since I've been somewhere brand new. That's sad. It actually looks like I haven't been anywhere new since my long trip. Fortunately, I went to lots of new places then (read the blog if you want specifics [g]).
4) Of all the places you've traveled, which is your favorite?
And I don't have favorite children, either. But if pressed, probably Yellowstone.
5) Where would you most like to travel to next?
Europe in general. Or maybe New Zealand. Neither is going to happen for a while.
