Don't mind me.

This one is not about something that happened today, it's about something that's been going on for about a month.

I appear to have done something to my right thumb joint. The one where my thumb joins to the rest of my hand. I have no idea what, but I wake up in the morning and it's stiff, sometimes when I move it the wrong way during the day it'll hurt, and occasionally it pops (which also hurts a little).

None of this is bad enough to warrant a doctor's appointment, IMHO. I especially don't want to have the same thing happen as what happened the last time I went to the doctor complaining of joint pain (for my shoulder, because although it did cure it, that was a year out of my life I'd like to have back, thanks -- six months of dithering and expensive tests, surgery, and six months of physical therapy while I gradually became less incapacitated, and I was damn well incapacitated for quite some time). I may well be in denial, but it's my denial and I'm just fine with that. It's just that it's annoying, most especially because I have No Idea how I did it or when I did it.

So I'm complaining. So there.
