Writer's Block: Seasons in the sun

[Error: unknown template qotd]

Our dark, damp, gray, short-dayed winters get to me, but I have a daylight lamp (thank you [livejournal.com profile] dragon_hills, which helps a great deal when I remember to turn it on in the mornings and turn it off around noon (running it much later makes me run the risk of insomnia). Otherwise this climate is bloody brilliant. Nice, sunny, dry, mostly cool summers (our average summer highs are in the low 70sF), beautiful springs and falls... Nine months out of the year I wouldn't live anywhere else if you paid me. Our winters are a small price to pay.

Oh, and I've already moved to a different climate, thanks [g]. Numerous times. Most recently I moved here from Ohio by way of Montana seventeen years ago.
