I just read a rant against it in someone else's LJ, who stated up front that she didn't want to read anyone disagreeing with her in the comments. -- Prelude to a rant in favor of Daylight Savings Time.

It just occurred to me last night, as I was channel-surfing between the Weather Channel and the last episode of ER -- wanting something to watch on TV that wasn't cop or doctor related.

Just in case anyone happens to be the least bit interested. -- From visiting my mother in Texas.

It's the first day of the month. If you could have one wish come true this month, what would it be? -- Writer's Block again.

To all my fellow Americans. -- 4th of July greetings.

Thanks to someone's comment on norabombay's LJ, I just realized that the guys are old enough to drive (they turned sixteen on August 1st -- yes, I have Leo kitties).

And this is why I hate what Shrub did to Daylight Savings Time a few years ago. -- Don't mess with my DST, I told you. Just. Don't. [g]
