The reverse bucket list
Nov. 24th, 2010 02:48 pmIt was
joycemocha's idea. I liked it, so I swiped it.
Instead of listing what you want to have done, list what you have done.
1) Wrote a novel (actually about seven or eight, but you get my point).
2) Submitted a novel for publication.
3) Won a writing contest (Heart of Denver RWA's Molly contest ten years ago).
4) Made it back to the Pacific Northwest where I belong.
5) Did my own version of Blue Highways (and will do it again someday).
6) Traveled to the UK and Ireland (want to do more overseas traveling one of these days, too).
7) Became a geyser gazer.
8) Got my MLS (master of library science), and my museum certification.
9) Started my own business.
10) Learned that I can handle a lot more than I thought I could (cases in point, March-April, 1993 and November 17, 1999, but there are others)
That's a few of them, anyway [g]. So there!
