Dreamwidth questions

So. I am now officially mmegaera over on Dreamwidth, and I have two questions.

1) How do I set things up so that I can post on either LJ or Dreamwidth and have the post show up in both places? I would like to set it up so that it doesn't matter which one I post in originally. Is that possible?

2) I need to set up the FL over there. I guess the only way to do that is to go through my LJ FL one by one and see if that person has a Dreamwidth account? Or what's the best way to go about that?

1) Welcome to anyone who happens to be reading this.

2) Comment with your username if you'd like to join my circle (not sure if that's less twee than friending, but at least it's different).

3) How the heck do we get rid of this awful pink coloration? Changing themes doesn't help, customizing won't let me change it, either.
