it's catching, evidently

I went to bed slightly after midnight last night. I finally fell asleep sometime after five in the morning. Woke up just before seven.

I hate insomnia.

On the bright side, I can haz poppy, apparently. This plant, believe it or not, is one of several volunteers of the same variety. It must have come via piggyback on a seed exchange I participated in a year ago last fall. All such migrants should be this gorgeous. The flower is about five inches across.
