Appropriated from Profitne:
The Outlaw
- You Are The Outlaw

"Sure, I'll do it. My
way."

Just because you do not conform to the same laws
and rules as everyone else does not mean that
you are a bad guy. You travel your own path,
separate from those around you, with your own
reasons for doing what you do. Because of this
and your own nature, it goes without saying
that you are generally misunderstood. That does
not matter much, though, as people love you for
being who you are. You are pretty well set in
your ways and have no real intention of
changing. This can come across as a flicker of
arrogance if your not careful. You do what is
right for you, and God help anyone who stands
in your way.

Don't ever leave your wristwatch on the roof of your car. Just. Don't.

Charley and I are having an attack of episody (which probably isn't a word, but tough). You know, first this scene, then that scene, then this other scene each one of which is fine in and of itself, but together cause all our forward momentum to come to a grinding halt. I want my historical accounts back, but we've gone past where they end.

I guess I'll find out what's going on with my shoulder on Tuesday, too. Not that I don't know (it's almost certainly a problem with my rotator cuff), but Something is going to have to be done, and I really don't want them to do it because it will probably involve needles, and I turn into a little puddle of terrified goo at the very thought. I just want it to quit hurting badly enough that I can't sleep. Sigh.

On the bright side, it's only a week from tomorrow till I get to take my dear friend, who in the twenty-odd years she's lived in western Washington has never been to Olympic National Park, around the Olympic Peninsula. We're going to get her to all the main sights of the area, one a year, if it takes us the rest of our lives (g).

And only three weeks till the Adkinses descend -- yay!!! -- and my very first con -- eep. I'm sure it's going to be a lot more fun than I'm envisioning. Things like that usually are.
