Happy New Year
Dec. 31st, 2008 05:12 pmI sure hope 2009 is better than 2008 was.
I have a couple of resolutions for this year:
1) To work on not stressing out over financial matters, personal or public. Chances are there's only so much I can do, anyway. I will do everything I am able to so that things come out positively, which is an important corollary, but I am going to do my damndest not to stress about the parts I can do nothing about.
2) To quit ruining perfectly good hobbies and interests by trying to make them into something they aren't instead of treasuring them for what they are. I have a lifelong habit of doing this. I have got to break it or go insane.
Here's hoping I can hold to both of those.
